HOTEL RENOVATION • HOSPITALITY

Hotel Renovation & Fit-Out in Saudi Arabia

Hotel renovation differs from new-build finishing because existing conditions, concealed services, operational constraints, phasing and the required final quality all affect scope, programme and cost. ERAMCO therefore reviews hospitality packages against both project documents and verified site conditions.

Guestrooms, public areas and service interfaces

Depending on the project documents, renovation packages may cover guestrooms, corridors, lobby and public areas, bathrooms, ceilings, flooring, painting, cladding, doors and joinery, coordinated with existing or modified MEP services.

  • Guestroom and bathroom refurbishment
  • Lobby, corridor and public-area finishes
  • Ceiling, wall and flooring packages
  • MEP interfaces within the renovation scope

Phased work in an existing property

Operating or partially occupied hotels may require floor-by-floor or area-based phasing with controlled access, dust, noise and progressive handover. The programme should reflect operational constraints as well as quantities.

  • Work-zone and handover planning
  • Access, shutdown and temporary-service coordination
  • Protection of completed and out-of-scope areas

Site verification before final commercial commitment

Opening-up and demolition can reveal conditions that differ from drawings. Assumptions, visible conditions and the commercial treatment of concealed or unforeseen work should therefore be documented before final commitment.

Send the renovation scope, drawings and hotel condition information for an initial package and phasing review.
