Guestrooms & corridors
Area sequencing, protection, repeatable finish control and closeout before an area is released.
HOSPITALITY & FIT-OUT • SAUDI ARABIA
Hospitality work differs from conventional finishing because every guestroom and public area is connected to operations, visual quality, maintenance and phased opening. ERAMCO reviews fit-out and refurbishment packages against verified site conditions, drawings, finish schedules and BOQ, with MEP interfaces resolved before final close-up.
The scope is reviewed against actual project documents and interfaces rather than assumed as a generic turnkey package.
Area sequencing, protection, repeatable finish control and closeout before an area is released.
Visible architectural details requiring material, sample, level and services coordination before final finishes.
Separating existing and new works, service retesting where required and phased delivery to reduce operational disruption.
Execution is controlled from scope definition through interfaces, procurement, completion and handover.
Define existing works, interfaces, removals and protection.
Connect samples and long-lead materials to the programme.
Fix access panels, equipment points and service routes.
Close snags through rooms and zones instead of open-ended completion.
Only published, scope-defined evidence is used. Quba Mosque VIP Lounge is presented as an ERAMCO company project, while SANG Cluster E/F provides finishing and completion evidence and is not represented as a hotel project.
The portfolio presents this as an ERAMCO project in Madinah with integrated delivery and high-care interior finishing.
